Over 100 Rotary members from Bethlehem, Bethlehem Morning Star, Easton, Nazareth, and Lower Saucon joined together Saturday, March 10, 2018 to pack nearly 40,000 dry meals to distribute to local area food banks. The clubs raised a total of $10,000 to conduct the event, coordinated by Outreach Program/End Hunger NE. The volunteers packed vitamin fortified Rice & Beans and Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal in the Haupert Union Building at Moravian College in Bethlehem.
