High school students, grades 9 through 12 are eligible to participate. Each contestant chooses the topic of his/her speech. The purpose of the speech is to persuade others while applying the principles of Rotary's 4 Way Test. Clubs are to work with the high school(s) in their geographic area to arrange for a club contest. The club winner proceeds to a regional contest on April 6, 2024, and those winners compete in the District final held at the District Conference on April 27, 2024. Cash prizes are awarded at all levels.
