Easton Rotary Celebrates Community, Service, and a Spooktacular Success
The Rotary Club of Easton continues to demonstrate the power of service, fellowship, and community engagement through a busy and exciting fall season.
Easton Rotary's inaugural Boo Bingo Fundraiser was a tremendous success, drawing more than 70 participants along with approximately 20 Rotary members who volunteered and joined in the fun. The Halloween-themed event was held at the Palmer Fire Company Fire Hall and brought together members, friends, and community supporters for an afternoon of laughter, fellowship, and fundraising.
The event was led by committee chair Jean McGill, with support from committee members Sue Herschlag, Andrew Keuscher, Audra Frank, Gayle Rogers, Pat Lockard, and Lynn Schoof. Easton Rotary Co-Presidents Lori Metz and Mike Dowd praised the event and the volunteer spirit that made it possible, emphasizing the strong sense of teamwork and community within the club.
The club also welcomed friends from the Phillipsburg Rotary Club and several Rotary leaders who joined in the celebration. The success of Boo Bingo serves as another example of how Rotary members come together to create meaningful experiences while supporting local service initiatives.
Welcoming a New Rotarian
Easton Rotary was also pleased to welcome its newest member, Eric D. Lee of Florio Law. Eric was inducted during the Boo Bingo event and officially welcomed by club leadership and fellow members. The induction ceremony highlighted Rotary's ongoing commitment to growing membership and strengthening community leadership through service.
Supporting Our Community
As part of its continued commitment to youth and community development, Easton Rotary participated in the annual Trick-or-Treat event at Easton Rotary Field on October 25. The club remains dedicated to supporting local families and providing opportunities for service and engagement throughout the greater Easton area.
