🏀 Jack Bennett Holiday Classic – 29th Edition Kickoff! 🎉

Our program featured the kickoff lunch for the 29th Annual Jack Bennett Holiday Classic Basketball Tournament! Tournament Chair Lew Fish shared the story of how John Leone and Jack Bennett launched the inaugural event at Lafayette College.

Over the years, this tournament has raised over $500,000 for community organizations like:

• Boys & Girls Club

• Third Street Alliance

• ProJeCt

• Easton Community Center

• Miracle League of Northampton County

The lunch took an unexpected turn when the sound of a marching band filled the room! For the first time ever, the Easton Rotary Zam-bRotary made its debut—a remote-controlled marvel created by Terry Pundiak to promote our annual Teddy Bear Project. Maybe you’ll see it featured on the new video boards soon!

Coaches Nicole Fulmer and Todd Sigafoos from Phillipsburg are long-time veterans of these games—Todd even played in the tournament during his high school days! The Easton-Phillipsburg rivalry always brings extra excitement.

Easton Girls Coach Dave Lutz recalled the snow-bound tournament in Williamsport and expressed how great it is to stay local this year. Plus, we’re thrilled to welcome the Executive Education Academy Raptors for their first appearance! Their girls’ team even features a unique father-daughter duo with Bethlehem Catholic roots.
